Q. What is an E-Statement?
A. An electronic version of your statement and images. You will receive a notification via your email address letting you know that your current statement is available. You can print your statement right from your computer, or save it to your computer to refer to at a later date.

Q. How long will my E-statement be accessible online?
A. The Credit Union will keep a 12 month history of your e-statements online at anytime.

Q. Will I continue to receive a paper statement in the mail?
A. As soon as you sign up for E-statements you will no longer receive a paper statement. You may however request a paper statement, at no charge by utilizing any of Heritage Trust branches to access your account and print a copy of your statement. You may also receive a copy of your statement by contacting Heritage Trust by telephone or mail and request a copy of your statement at a charge of $6.00.

Q. Will my E-statement look the same as my paper statement?
A. Yes. Your E-statement will look very similar to your paper statement.

Q. What if I change my Email Address?
A. It is your responsibility to notify Heritage Trust Federal Credit Union anytime you should have a change in your email address.

Q. What if I have more than one account with Heritage Trust?
A. If you have more than one Heritage Trust Federal Credit Union account under a separate member number, you need to submit a request for each account.

Q. Who should I contact if I don't receive my Electronic statement?
A. Please contact our e-Commerce Department at 800-845-5550 Ext. 2703 or 843-832-2703, or you can submit an email online.

Q. How do I cancel my E-statements?
A. You have the right at any time and without charge, to cancel your E-statements and again receive them by mail. Please submit this request in writing to P.O. Box 118000 Charleston SC 29423 Attention: e-Commerce Department, or you can submit a secure email online.
